…..Today’s column exposes the next Obama environmental power grab — into the sea.

It’s not enough that the White House is moving to lock up hundreds of millions of acres of land in the name of environmental protection. The Obama administration’s neon green radicals are also training their sights on the deep blue seas. The president’s grabby-handed bureaucrats have been empowered through executive order to seize unprecedented control from states and localities over “conservation, economic activity, user conflict and sustainable use of the ocean, our coasts and the Great Lakes.”  here

And as in the usual Obama manor, he’s used his dictatorial powers (executive order), and not Congress, to implement this newest power grab. Where does just power end and begin?  Will the U.S. be ‘allowed’ to drill offshore ever again – possibly not if this socialist President has his way. How will this impact the fishing industry?  Private property owners?  As yet, we don’t know the extent… but little Barack would be able to have unheard of control, control like we’ve never experienced in this nation, over every aspect of ‘water’.  That includes the water landing on your personal property – or at least, it used to be your personal property.

This “national ocean council” and Ocean Czar aren’t new ideas.  This has been in the works in 2010.  And if Congress doesn’t step up and stop this man, when Obama gets this in full force, he won’t need Congress.  As Dem. Nancy Pelosi said, they’ll just “deem” a bill passed and move it along.  Obama will just wave his golden, taxpayer funded, magic wand to give order. . . through the EPA or his personal Czar.

Do you think we’ll find this in the Constitution?

No President has ever stooped to the lows this man has.  Wilson was a despicable racist, socialist; Roosevelt an abject, oppressive, top down, massive governemnt failure – but Barack Hussein Obama engulfs all those qualities.  He knows no limits to grabbing power, and liberty, from Americans.

He must be removed from office.
